Hi all. I am writing on behalf of my brother who does not have
internet access. He is 28 and lives in Atlanta. He has been a
juvenile diabetic for 15 years and manages it very well.
He is currently looking for a new job (and is more than willing
to relocate) and is very interested in getting one that deals
directly with diabetics and diabetes. He has contacted JDF and
ADA and neither had much available. He has also submitted an
application to Joslin in Boston (where he used to live). Does
anyone know of someone else he could contact or somewhere else he
could go?
Please send me an e-mail if you have any info. Thanks very much!

Hi,
I’d suggest that he contact blood glucose manufacturers and any other
manufacturers of products used primarily by people with diabetes. They
all need people to take phone calls and help customers deal with various
problems. A thorough knowledge of diabetes is needed as well as
knowledge of the specific field of that manufacturer.
One manufacturer is MediSense, Inc. I have no idea if they are hiring,
but you can reach them at
