   skillful, safe and appropriate touch to reduce symptoms related to
   diabetes.

How about the New England Journal of Medicine? Or, talk to your
"multi-disciplinary health team" and ask any medical people involved
with it where they usually publish? Or ask NMSU, where you are
posting from, where they usually publish their scientific works?
