I’ve been concerned about this when my diabetes meds dosage was
increased 3 times to reach the ultimate level.  Since I may be on an
experimental drug, I’ll be extra vigilant to watch my symptoms, since
some are among those listed.

I agree with you that some religious groups seem to have produced more
than their share of terrorists.  Religious extremists are a real
challenge worldwide (and always have been).  I’ve watched the S’ree
Krsna program we get on cable, and it still seems women are not full
participants even in peaceful Hindu society.  Change is slow, and lots
of setbacks occur due to the die hard beliefs and power of extremists.
 Belief is a peculiar thing.
