Well, I can’t think of any groups members who most dislike Atkins then
those I am posting to this afternoon. I have a long list of articles
against Atkins by typing in STEVE BAYT Atkins Diet in google groups
search.

Instead of constantly trolling newsgroups, I decided to start one of
my own entirely against Atkins and moderated as so. Anyone who would
like to join may feel free to have a place to get their fustrations
out against what is becoming a carb-less world of people who will have
no energy until they have cardiac arrrests.

So, feel free to check out what could be the first Anti-Atkins
newsgroup at the below link, which for some reason isn’t coming up on
search engines.

Postings will only be accepted if they adhere to the same journalistic
standards as is done with Letters To The Editors, guest columns or
media interviews.

I want verifiable sources for information using preferably non-profit
organizations or actual newspapers articles. This group isn’t going to
be like the Atkins groups which end up being like infomercials or even
worse totally brain dead. If a newspaper wouldn’t publish it, neither
will I.

I would rather have one good posting a week or month, then hundreds of
needless postings every hour. I am going for quality, not quantity. A
newsgroup that is more like a trade publication about how bad Atkins
is.

Basically, I am going beyond being a E-journalist to being like an
E-Managing Editor. So, when submitting think of what you send as a
submission to a mainstream newspaper.  I don’t believe in apologizing
for bad postings or now bad posting selection.
