Hello everyone,
I was just wondering if anyone has any suggestions for what to do about
leg numbness associated with spidery small red veins that I have on my
left leg. I know these ugly critters are a direct result of my Type II
diabetes. But, they or rather the numbness I’m feeling in that leg
bothers me. I recently started walking for exercise again after a year
and a half stage of denial. Back then I could walk up to 4 miles and I
was doing wonderfully. NOw, the numbness I feel in my leg affects my
ability to walk for a long period of time and I find it hard to increase
my pace as well. I have a stationary bike at home, but I perfer walking
over all other forms of exercise.
Is it possible to reverse the effects that diabetes has already bestowed
upon me?
Rosemary
