Hi

I just found out yesterday that I have Gestational Diabetes.  I don’t get
to see the endocrinologist until Friday and have heard so much conflicting
advice about what to eat and what not to eat.  Is there a diabetic food
FAQ available?

BTW I had no symptoms except for a suddenly large for dates baby.
